Rules

General terms

Each representative in the country must be a member of the national IFKK headquarters. All members agree to follow the democratic organization policy in their own IFKK country branch. Each branch must hold an election every 4 years. Annual general assembly meetings has to be held before April. New bylaws for national headquarters can only be decided and voted upon during the general assembly meeting. Every member over 17 years of age has the right to vote during the general assembly meeting. Organization leaders must show a non criminal record in their own country and pass additional background checks.

 

Organization Model 

IFKK headquarters leaded by the international affairs director will be the superior body to the national headquarters Each country must choose one delegate to sit in the main organization for 4 years Economy systems must follow good accounting rules, the national head organization is responsible to have a wealthy economy. Audit marks and activity reports must be sent the headquarters after the general assembly is held

Fees

IFKK Passport – 7 USD

Membership card plus certificate and belt 150 USD (1 Dan and up)

Affiliation with organization – 5 euro each member (exemptions apply)

Branch fee – 200 USD each branch including start-up package

Annudal Yudansha fee 25 USD
